Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme

Homes and businesses in rural areas of the UK may be eligible for funding towards the cost of installing gigabit-capable broadband when part of a group scheme.

Rural premises with broadband speeds of less than 100Mbps can use vouchers worth £1,500 per home and up to £3,500 for each small to medium-sized business (SME) to support the cost of installing new fast and reliable connections. More »

The next step is to advise Openreach on the community addresses that would like to be included in a new Fibre build. Openreach will then provide a ball park cost in order for us to decide whether we want to proceed to the next step.

If you are interested in obtaining a cost for a "Fibre to the home" network in Pytchley as part of a community group scheme with Openreach.

Please email Julie Wykes, Clerk to the Parish Council, with your address and postcode, if you are interested in a no obligation price, as part of a group scheme, if enough households are interested, a Fibre network in Pytchley may be a reality.
