Town and Country Planning Acts - Appeal: DB Symmetry Limited

The Parish Council has been notified that the appellant, DB Symmetry Limited has made an appeal to the Secretary of State regarding Kettering Borough Council's decision to refuse its' planning outline application for up to 214,606 sqm gross external area for class B8 warehousing and distribution, ancillary class B1(a) offices, with associated access, internal roads, parking, landscaping and drainage. The appeal will be heard at a Public Inquiry and the Parish Council is currently awaiting additional details regarding this matter. What to do if you notice/experience an overgrown footpath in the local area . . .

  • Report it to the Parish Council in the first instance;
  • The Parish Council will then contact the relevant landowner and follow up any issues via the Street Doctor (if required); and
  • Local residents can also report such matters directly, using the Street Doctor.
